Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products containing intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
A book with clear signs of use
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing for reasons not due to our fault.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves for later delivery, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping and Returns
